• We are sorry but we cannot take back odd balls left over once you have knitted your garment. If you are unsure how many balls you require we are happy to lay aside a couple of extra balls in the same dye lot for up to 6 weeks.
• On receiving your return we shall process the refund to your orginal payment method within 30 days, we shall refund all sums paid by you, less the cost of postage. If the return is due to a fault in the goods or any fault of ours, then all sums including postage shall be refunded.
